EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Health

EFT is a form of energy healing. It can activate your body’s own healing mechanisms for physical and emotional problems. EFT and health go hand in hand.

Before understanding the relationship between EFT (also known as Tapping) and health we must understand the impact of emotions on our body. Have you ever thought about the influence that emotions have on your body?

We spend our day to day resolving conflicts, confronting others in an office or trying to maintain a stable relationship with a partner. We let ourselves be carried away by sadness, stress, anger and therefore we are thinking more about the past and future instead of the present. By thinking this way we cause more emotional distress and our health will continue to get worse if we don’t resolve the original causes.

We live trapped in our mental and emotional world and because of this we start to get sick and our health suffers. It has been shown that all illnesses are rooted in emotional stresses. If we are able to find the root cause of our health concerns and use EFT to overcome these then our body can get back to being in a state of balance.

Tapping process:

 

Generally our root causes occur under the age of 7. These traumas we have endured prior to this time set us up for a pattern that we continue unconsciously throughout our life. Once we find this root cause and are able to release it, we can reduce and resolve negative emotions such as chronic stress, anxious tendancies, sadness, despair, among other sensations which are toxic if we keep them in our mind and body too long. If we continue on the same path without resolving these issues then our health starts to deteriorate and begins to present physical symptoms and diseases.

Thanks to the tapping it is possible to perform an emotional detoxification that first promotes the balance of body, mind, and soul and then acts as a technique of emotional self-management to prevent new health problems.

 

 

The important thing to note:

It is always advisable to meet with a doctor and discuss your health concerns.

One of the advantages of this therapy is that it does not have any type of side effect on the health, as you are not taking any medication. You are only tapping gently with your fingertips on points in your body and research shows you are able to generate significant changes in your inside.
