Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping for Stress Management

EFT tapping for stress is one of the ways in which stress management can be introduced into our lives. Let’s have a look at some of the causes of stress. Stress is highly evolved in our society with face paced lives and high expectations. In order to help overcome it we need some stress management tools so that it is not escalated to a point where we develop diseases and have to take medicines which only bandaid the real cause. Stress management is can be done easily, quickly and effectively by simply employing the EFT tapping for stress management methods. It is as simple as 1, 2, 3, and there is no need for drugs.

Stress is basically occurs from the change in our emotions. Whenever we encounter a negative experience in our day to day life, our emotions tend to be disturbed to a point where we are diagnosed as stressed. You can use EFT tapping for stress management without the application of drugs.

EFT tapping for stress management using common EFT sequences

 

  1. The first thing that you need to identify is your problem, in this case, your problem will be stress. It is best think of a recent event that caused you stress.
  2. Identify the emotion you feel towards the event, rate it out of 10 (where 10 is the highest emotion) and where abouts you feel this stress in your body.
  3. You then tap on pressure points on your body while talking through the event.
  4. The tapping sequence for stress management: Side of the hand, top of the head followed by the eye brow, then the side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collar bone and under the arm.
  5. Check in and see what you rate your emotions now. Has the emotion moved in your body? Has the emotion changed?
  6. If you still have a rating above 0 then repeat the sequence until you get to a 0. If you find that you can’t get it below a 2 or 3 it’s possible there are underlying root causes that need to be worked on with a professional.

Stress management is all about releasing excessive stress that has occurred in your body. EFT tapping for stress is very effective in resolving core issues and you don’t require the use of costly drugs. EFT tapping is the best alternative for stress management.
