EFT Tapping – A Quick and Effective Therapy to Promote Your Health and Wellbeing:

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a quick, effective and easy to use therapy to promote a great health and wellbeing. Using this incredible method, many patterns, moods, and blockages can be resolved with EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique. It best to use EFT in the sequence set out and to really feel the emotions as you are tapping.

Steps towards a better health and wellbeing:

 

  1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and take a deep breath.
  2. Think of an event or memory that caused you some trauma.
  3. What emotion are you feeling? Where are you feeling it? What would you rate it out of 10 (10 being the worst). Write these 3 pieces of information down.
  4. Start tapping on the side of your hand and say “Even though……..(add in how you are feeling here) I accept myself as much as I can.” Repeat this 3 times.
  5. Now tap through the points saying how you feel – top of the head, inner eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the chin, collarbone and under the arm.
  6. After you’ve done a few rounds check in and rate your emotion. If the emotion has changed or moved in the body, that’s ok. Just tap on the new emotion.
  7. Continue to tap until you get to a 0.
  8. If you are unable to get to 0 there could be underlying core issues that you need to work on with an EFT practitioner.

 

 

Examples of EFT scripts to create better health and wellbeing:

Stressful situations – “I am feeling stressed in my stomach” “I am stressed because…..”

Angry situations – “I am angry in my head” “I was angry when…..”

Sad situations – “I feel sadness when I think….” “I am sad because……”

You choose the words that you want to use. This will be more powerful in your healing.
