Essentially we use it to reduce emotional triggers such as anxious tendancies and stress, but there are some amazing side affects…..such as also resolving other areas of our life at the same time such as chronic pain, weight reduction, financial success, complete relaxation and much more.

But how does it work?

EFT addresses the causes ignored by most Western healing practices. Medicine pays little attention to the balance of the body and does not give much importance to the emotional causes, instead medications simply mask what you are feeling without getting to the root emotional cause to bring about relaxation.

Tapping, basically consists of putting our attention on the emotion we want to release eg. fear, pain, anger etc. recognising where we feel it in the body and then tapping on pressure points throughout the body.

EFT offers an ultimate relaxation experience. It also offers quick, effective and long lasting relief for emotional and physical suffering.
