EFT helps in our health and wellness. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) often referred as “emotional acupuncture” or “acupuncture without needles” because it combines tapping gently on certain acupressure points while you focus your thoughts on the problem, thus releasing energy blocks energy together with the emotional components that contribute to the problem.
The EFT sessions begin by assessing the intensity of the discomfort on a scale of 0 to 10. This discomfort can be either a negative emotion when remembering an event, a bodily pain, or a habit that hurts us. Then we tap through to reduce the trauma so that you are in a state of wellness.
After a few sessions of EFT tapping you can completely transform your perception of the memories associated with the problem, and stop feeling scared, anxious, or fearful. As soon as the old events and memories lose their emotional charge, they lose their power in the subconscious mind and brings your body and mind back into a state of wellness.

This therapy is not about maintaining how you feel but instead resolving your negative emotions and traumatic events so that you can move forward towards wellness.
