Emotional Freedom Technique Can Be Support With Aromatherapy

Did you know that various types of aromatherapy can induce healing, relaxation and even focus? The world is turning to more natural ways to heal and in recent times aromatherapy has become popular. Why do people smell flowers? The answer is simple, a good smelling flower is therapeutic and it helps you to relax. This is the power of aromatherapy.

EFT and aromatherapy

The Emotional Freedom Therapy can actually work well when supported with the use of various aromatherapy. Aromatherapy in definition is basically a technique which uses aromas from different types of plants and plant parts in order to holistically heal one’s body be improving the health of the mind, body and spirit. On the other hand EFT seeks to resolve issues and bring the body back into a state of balance by tapping through the emotions on pressure points throughout the body.

EFT can actually employ the use of aromatherapy in a couple of ways. Firstly tapping can be performed and then you can smell an aromatherapy and use this as a reminder. So for instance if you have a similar event then you can smell the aromatherapy and it can bring you back to that state of balance when you first did the EFT. It is also best to do EFT at that particular time to. It is best to choose your own scent as you will be drawn to different aromatherapy. Introducing the right aroma during the EFT session is very important as it can boost the focus and relaxation hence an overall healing.
