Emotional Freedom Technique is an Effective method for Pain Management

There are two main types of pain i.e. Emotional pain and physical pain. Physical pain can occur from external injuries and can also occur when there is too much stress in the body. If stress continues then it can manifest as physical pain. On the other hand, emotional pain can be cause by inability to accept, solve or get over something in life. EFT has been an effective pain management technique where traumatic issues have been resolved thereby resolving the physical pain.
