Did you know that panic can be resolved by EFT, a technique that doesn’t employ the use of drugs? In order to resolve the underlying causes of panic we need to find out the sources of panic and the symptoms or signs of panic. For instance some symptoms of panic are heart racing or palpitations and difficulty breathing. Panic may not be controlled with the use of medicine but can be resolved by resolving the issues that caused the panic.
Panic Attacks are an intense form of anxiety. They are more exaggerated than the body’s normal response to fear. Panic attacks are very unpredictable and can occur anytime which makes it more difficult to deal with. People can experience it while sleeping also. Typically a panic attack lasts for about 10 minutes but the symptoms can persist for longer. Panic attacks are a result of deep-rooted unpleasant and traumatic experiences within the mind which act as a reference to form a specific response. About 2.6 % of the adult Australian population has experienced panic attacks in their lifetime. The current article explores how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can be used as an alternative therapy to resolve the trauma that causes panic attacks.
