What is EFT?

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is also known as 'Tapping', is an extraordinary technique used to resolve traumatic memories, event and issues quickly and effectively including emotional and physical problems. It re-balances the body's energy system. EFT has been described as 'acupuncture for emotions, without needles'. It has its roots in ancient Chinese medicine.
