Although children are resilient, this doesn’t mean that they can bounce back from all issues easily. Students who are engaged have a higher retention rate but there are often many barriers that prevent children from learning and effects their holistic health. Stress is known for effecting memory, concentration, their retention and overall holistic health.
Tapping is an engaging tool that is hands on and easy for children to learn and use to resolve their own stress. It enables them to take control of their own holistic health and become empowered learners and young people. Tapping creates an almost immediate calm effect and can be used with children that are as young as 1 years old increasing their holistic health. Not only is tapping beneficial for children but it can also assist teachers in their stress management by increasing their own holistic health. By learning tapping, students, parents and teachers are able to use this tool both in and outside of school to help them make better and less rash decisions.
