Children are resilient but that doesn’t mean they can bounce back from everything. Students who are engaged have a higher retention rate but there are often many barriers that prevent children from learning. Stress is known for effecting memory, concentration and retention.
Tapping is an engaging tool that is hands on and easy for students to learn to resolve their own stress and become empowered learners and young people. Tapping creates an almost immediate calm effect and can be used with children that are as young as kinder age (3-4yo). Not only is tapping beneficial for students but it can also assist teachers in their stress management. By learning tapping, students and teachers are able to use this tool both in and outside of school to help them make better and less rash decisions.
