When working with children, I like to work with the parents too. This is because we all have history with events, traumas and triggers of our own. The more we resolve our own issues through tapping, the happier we will be and in return the more relaxed our children will be too. Children are able to easily pick up on our emotions even if we are trying to hide them. For example my son use to frustrate me in the morning when he took so long to get ready for school. Even if I was talking to him in a calm voice, he could still feel my frustration. By tapping on this incident I no longer feel frustrated when he is taking so long to get ready. Also by tapping in front of your children they will see that this is a great practice and habit to adopt.
By teaching you and your child tapping, I can empower you to create your own harmonious lifestyle. Tapping can be done anywhere and at anytime. So practice tapping away all your worries and notice the amazing positive changes that easily occur in your life.
