Sometimes, not only do we need to resolve traumas through the Emotional Freedom Technique and ThetaHealing® but we may also need to release limiting beliefs. How our Emotional Freedom Technique or ThetaHealing® Sessions Work
Sessions can be done in person or online using skype/zoom. The benefits of an online session mean you no-longer have to deal with traffic and travel time and can receive a session in the comfort of your own home.
Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes long. During your session I will teach you how to empower yourself through a range of techniques to reach your goals.
Working with Children – If you would like your child to receive a session, you will first receive a session for yourself. This is because often when a parent resolves some of their issues, it has an immediate effect on their child, which can, in-turn resolve the child’s issues also. I have experienced this myself with my own family. I have noticed that both of my sons became calmer as a result of the healing sessions I undertook to reduce my own stress levels.
